The Annual Illumination Symposium is an innovative learning event grounded in the Science of Human Caring and offered to academic faculty, nurse leaders, students, and community practice partners. The Illumination series was conceived in partnership by the Kaiser Permanente Nurse Scholars Academy (KP NSA) and the University of San Francisco School of Nursing and Health Professions (USF SONHP) as an expression of our overarching strategies to inspire individual and healthcare system transformation.

Participants will have opportunities to interact and learn from nationally renowned nurse leaders from diverse scholarly backgrounds, while continually exploring how to advance the integration of caring science into professional practice, education, organizational leadership, and research.

Continental breakfast and lunch to be provided. Free parking available at the Koret Gym Lot located at Parker Avenue and Turk Street.
