The Nurse Scholars Academy has developed two programs for aspiring nurse executives. The Leadership for Executive Advancement & Development program and the Nurse Executive Fellowship Program are for nurse directors who have the potential to become hospital, continuum, and quality nursing executives over the next several years. The Leadership for Executive Advancement & Development program (LEAD) is an 12-month program that includes mentorship, learning labs and other components. The Fellowship Program is a 10-12 month program with multiple rotations. Both programs are designed to accelerate readiness of participants for future nursing executive roles.
Interested? You will need to create a Talent Profile on myHR and speak with your manager to obtain leadership support from your Chief Nurse Executive. Your Chief Nurse Executive will need to nominate you in order for you to be considered for these programs.
