For aspiring directors and senior leaders, participants are identified by the local and regional Talent councils. This program develops a pipeline of well-prepared Senior and Executive succession candidates for positions in Patient Care Services, Quality, and Continuum of Care.

Return to the University of San Francisco for your Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). This degree program is designed to prepare nurses to lead interprofessional teams at the unit level, encouraging a coordinated approach to patient care in often complex environments. Financial support for this program is available upon approval.
