As a reminder, applications for the 2020 MFT programs will be closing soon.
If you are interested in applying for the MFT programs that will start in August, your application must be completed by 5:00 pm on Monday, June 1st.
If you are interested in programs for 2021 or for other degree tracks, those applications will be available later this year. At this time, we are only accepting applications for the MFT program.

A completed application includes:
- Completed manager approval form**
- Two completed letters of recommendation forms**
- PDF copies of all required documentation
- Unofficial transcript
- CV/Resume
- Personal Statement
** Please note that the manager approval and letters of recommendation forms are sent via an embedded email link from kpmentalhealthscholars@kp.org to your manager and recommendation contacts you list in the application form. Your manager and references must complete these forms by 5:00pm on Tuesday, June 2nd, for your application to be considered for fall enrollment.
We strongly recommend that you apply as soon as possible and follow up with your identified manager and letters of recommendation contacts to ensure they are completing the required forms by the application deadline.
