Nurse Residency Program
The Kaiser Permanente Northern California Nurse Residency Program supports newly licensed registered nurses (RNs) as they transition to practice to one of our 21 Northern California medical centers.

TPMG Choice Program
Providing tuition assistance for The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG) non-represented benefited registered nurses in Northern California to increase their professional practice and leadership development.
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Program
Offered in partnership with the University of San Francisco School of Nursing and Health Professions to eligible nurse leaders selected for sponsorship by the Kaiser Permanente Nurse Scholars Academy.
RN-BSN Program
The RN to BSN program is designed for Kaiser Permanente registered nurses with an associate’s degree in nursing who wish to further their education.
